Terms of Service, Refunds & Cancellations

These Terms apply to software services provided by Manic Nova Games Oy, trading as Manic Nova Software.

Product-specific information shown before purchase, including price, currency, billing interval and included features, forms part of the agreement.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use paid services.
- Services
Our services may provide personalized entertainment recommendations and tools for searching and analyzing digital content. Automated recommendations and generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by the user.
- User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and use the services lawfully. You must have the necessary rights or lawful basis for content, links or information you submit.
You may not misuse the services, bypass usage limits, interfere with security, access another user’s account or use the services to violate third-party rights.
- Payments, Subscriptions and Credits
Prices and currencies are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout.
Subscriptions renew at the stated billing interval until cancelled. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and expire as disclosed before purchase. Used credits cannot be reused.
- Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel a subscription through the relevant account or billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless stated otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Withdrawal and Refunds
Consumers retain all mandatory rights under applicable law. EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online service contract.
If you expressly request immediate performance during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, we may charge a proportionate amount for services already provided where permitted by law. For immediately supplied digital content, the withdrawal right may be lost only where the legally required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained.
Except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, completed services and consumed credits are not refundable. If a paid service fails because of an error attributable to us, we may restore the affected credits or provide another appropriate remedy.
Refund or withdrawal requests may be submitted through the relevant product’s withdrawal function or by emailing contact@manicnovasoftware.com. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
- Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our software, branding and service technology. Users retain rights in content they submit. Users grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the requested service.
- Availability and Termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, operational or abuse-prevention reasons. We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections available in the consumer’s country of residence.
- Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated through the relevant service.
